Pallavi Ahluwalia owns and operates Ahluwalia Law Offices, P.C.
With the base office in Dallas, TX and satellite office in Connecticut, she represents individuals to Fortune 500 companies, throughout the world on matters related to corporate and employment based Immigration Law. Ms. Ahluwalia also practices in areas of Family Law, Business Law, Contract Law and Civil Litigation. With many years of extensive practice, she can understand complex problems of the client and provide a simple and comprehensive solution.
Ms. Ahluwalia has served on the North American South Asian Bar Association’s Executive Committee; is the founding President of the SABA Dallas; and is involved in Dallas Bar Association, and Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program. She has been the speaker at the National South Bar Association’s Annual Conference and has presented at the Indo American Chamber of Commerce’s activities. She is also a certified mediator and has served as an appointed mediator for Collin County Courts. She has been appointed Guardian Ad Litem for the Probate Courts in Dallas County.
Ms. Ahluwalia is an active participant in the DFW community. She regularly volunteers at legal aid clinics hosted by the Legal Aid of Northwest Texas. Ms. Ahluwalia also spearheaded and participated in an inaugural annual legal aid clinic that was held to benefit the underprivileged South Asian community in the DFW metroplex. Ms. Ahluwalia also answers question live on air on two radio talk shows –Funasia radio, 104.9 FM @11:30 am CST on Wednesdays.
Ms. Ahluwalia received her J.D. from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and has graduate degrees in English Literature and a Masters in Philosophy in English Literature from Punjab University, Chandigarh, India.
