I am naturalized citizen of USA. I have applied for Green Card for my parents. They have received notification to prepare for bio-metrics and their interview. NVC is in Mumbai, India. They are on the way here for a summer trip. Is it advisable for them to come? Can the bio-metrics and interview location be changed to US?
Answer:
No the location cannot be changed unless they forgo the entire process of the NVC and file their adjustments in the US- which also has different guidelines.
