CAN I GET MY GREEN CARD?

         Question:

I am currently residing and working in US (Texas) on non-immigrant E2-VISA since June 2018, my 2 kids (ages 7 and 4) are both US citizens.
Is there a process whereby my wife and I can apply for Green Card Status on any part of NEW Immigration guidelines outlined by President BIDEN.
