CAN YOU FILE AN EXPEDITED REQUEST FOR H4/EAD?

Question:

Hi,I would like to know the recent announcement from USCIS about expediting certain cases apply to H4 – EAD. If so, can you help me filing the expedite request?

My H-1B and my wife’s H4 are filed by my employer’s attorney. Can you help in that case or I have to go through my employer’s attorney only?

Please let me know.

Please file through the current G 28 attorney. The USCIS will not talk to us about the case till they acknowledge that we are the attorneys.
