Hi,

Thanks for answering questions in this forum, appreciate the help.
My Priority date is 9 August 2009, which became current in the October 2020 Visa Bulletin. My case is with Texas Service Center.

My question is; is it a smart move to start my medicals and I-485J and submit to USCIS even before i get my RFE.

No, I would advise waiting till you have the RFE’s in hand. The government can take a few months to issue these and you don’t have anything changing in the interim.
