DO I NEED MY ORIGINAL LABOR TO FILE I-140 PREMIUM PROCESSING?

         Question:

Hi Pallavi,
My employer filed my I-140 in PP and it was denied indicating ability to pay. The attorney’s has since corrected few documents regarding tax returns, and has refiled in normal processing. My question is can this be bumped to PP, the reason they gave is original labor is not present.
But in one of the radio calls you told the DOL allows us to print the Labor and then submit it under PP.
Is my case as well valid for the same?
Thank you.

Answer:

Depends if you got the labor certification by email- only then would you be able to try if the premium processing unit would accept the labor. If it arrived in mail, then only a copy will be enclosed in your next filing.
