DO MY MULTIPLE TRAVELS ABROAD AFFECT ME FILING FOR NATURALIZATION?

         Question:

I am Indian citizen. I have a green card approved in December 2016.  I have traveled to India for a 30 day vacation every year except 2020.  In addition I did travel Monday through Thursday to Canada for work, from June 2019 until February 2020.  I filed all taxes in the U.S. as a resident without fail.  Does this have any impact when I file for Naturalization or when can I file for Naturalization based on the above?  Do you assist with the Naturalization process and what are your fees (for self & spouse).  Thanks so much.

Answer:

The calculation for days in and out of the country and having at least, two and half years in the U.S. in the last 5 years is required. The continuous residence requires for us to check if there were any stays abroad for 180 days or more from your departure from the country. Not sure of the impact, till I can have you calculate and check those numbers.
