GREEN CARD NVC PROCESS STOPPED DUE TO COVID-19, WILL MY NIECE AGE OUT?

Hello Pallavi, My dad is sponsoring my sister and her family (F3 Category). Their documents and petition was approved last January and it was handed over to Delhi. So my sister was waiting for interview date and COVID-19 situation started at that time so everything was stopped. Our problem is my niece is turning 21 years old on February 12th (in 3 weeks), so is there anything we can do to make sure my niece is not left behind when they migrate to US?

You, will need more information- like the receipt date on the original filing and the approval date. That is the only way for her to see if the child will be covered under CSPA or not. You will need to set up time with me to be able to give an opinion.
