HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO FIND A NEW JOB ON H-1B ONCE I’M LAID OFF?

I am a H1B visa holder on a Full-time employment with my current company. Its has been only 4 months since I joined my current job and I am getting laid-off or terminated this month. HR already started discussions of “Performance Improvement Plan” or “mutual separation” processes, with me.

I would like to know the best options available to me.
