Is premium processing available for H4-EAD (Work Authorization) applications? Also, if I apply for work authorization, can I step out of the country and come back with no impact to work authorization processing timeline? Thank you
Answer:
There is no no premium processing available yet for H4 EAD.
And it seems as long as you have valid H4 and short periods of stay abroad- it should be okay for the EAD to process. This is however never a guarantee.
