[UPDATE 9/28: Premium processing may be resumed for all other H-1B’s in early October, but confirmation has not been released by USCIS at this time]
In USCIS’s latest update, Premium Processing is has now been resumed to applicants of the FY2018 H-1B CAP. Applicants who are awaiting for the adjudication of their H-1B Cases may now file for premium processing.
Premium Processing services however, are still suspended for other H-1B Cases.
