My H4/EAD application has been pending for more than 6 months, I have not received any update regarding the bio-metric appointment or my case status. While the normal processing time now is between 7 to 12 months, will filing litigation against USCIS help me get my EAD sooner and in case I do file the litigation, will it have any impact on my case in future ?
Answer:
If the H4 is also pending, it will be tough to get the EAD. But if it is EAD alone, then yes filing a lawsuit will help.
