Effective December 23, 2016, USCIS will increase most Immigration petition and application fees. The final rule is now published in the Federal Register. Such fees increase has happened after a period of six years, although the law requires USCIS to conduct fees review after every two years. The increase is almost by 21% for most application and petitions.
