My wife is on H4- EAD and is planning to start her LLC. Assuming her H4- EAD renewal is in process and she doesn’t receive the H4- EAD extension beyond the EAD expiration date, how could this impact running the LLC? Will she need to dissolve the LLC after EAD expires or can she still keep the LLC and not accept any payments till EAD is renewed?Answer:She can own but not run the LLC once her EAD expires. Cannot work or receive payments in it.
