My mom came to USA on October 15, 2020 and she had to leave US by April 14, 2021 but looking at current situation we applied with an extension of stay by July 30, 2021 . I already got a receipt # USCIS looking at current situation again in India and she is at the age of 90 . So it is possible to us to re-apply for 2nd extension for her to stay until December 2021 ?

The law says that the person will be given one extension when they enter on a B2 visa and not more. We were forced to file such cases last year due to the pandemic and are still awaiting the government’s opinion on the requests. In the case that you do, a strong visitor aspect of the argument to stay has to be brought up plus the ties back to the home country.
