Hi Pallavi, My daughter is a US citizen and currently in UK and got engaged with a boy who is an Australian citizen. Due to UK lock down they are not able to get their marriage registered. Can she bring him here in US and get married legally and what is the procedure and time frame.

They could come here and get married but he may not be able to apply for a green card if he enters the country with the preconceived intent to file for his application. Marriage in itself shouldn’t be an issue.
