HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO STAY?

         Question:

I want to know if I could stay for a period of up to 60 days if I resign from my job. I am on L1A and my Visa and I-94 are valid till 31 Mar 2021. I intend to leave USA before 31 Mar 2021. If yes do I need to take any action .

Answer: 

After losing a job, you can stay on or change status for 60 days as long as the I 94 is still valid.
