USCIS Reminds Petitioners to Use New Form G-28

USCIS reminds applicants that they should now begin using the new Form G-28, the Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Accredited Representative. Starting May 18, 2015, USCIS will no longer accept any earlier version of the form. USCIS will not accept any old Form G-28s from petitioners. In such instances USCIS will accept the application if it meets all criteria, and will send all notices and secure documents directly to the petitioner.

Please note that the new Form G-28 has an edition date of 03/04/2015. This new form, according to USCIS, offers more options and convenience, including two boxes where petitioners can choose to have notices and secure documents sent directly to them or to their legal representative.
