Currently, my last working day with employer was 02/16/2021, I got my last pay-stub on 02-26-2021, where the pay period begin date is 02/16/2021 and pay period end date is 02/28/2021. It has payment(around $9,000) amount for 8 hours(02/16/2021) and for all the leaves, etc. So I wanted to know what date does my grace period end?
Because according to – https://www.am22tech.com/h1b-60-days-grace-period-uscis- rule/ – they count severance as valid legal time. Can you please reply back at your earliest as I am very close to my grace period expiration?

It should be from the last day at work – however given that your last check covers two more weeks, it may be okay to argue the 60 days from February 26th, 2021. All the best.
