How long can green card holders stay outside U.S? My parents went to India in 4th January 2025, can they stay 8 months?
It is advised that the parents stay here in the US more than they stay abroad. at any time, CBP can challenge them when they realize that they aren’t here long enough. however if this is only a one time issue and not a pattern, I don’t see a problem.
