The USCIS website states that TPS for Nepal continues through June 24, 2025, and the re-registration period is also until June 24, 2025. I was wondering, if I re-register today, until when will the TPS be valid? Additionally, EAD is automatically extended through March 9, 2025. Does that mean I am not allowed to work after March 9, 2025?
Though you are able to file – it will not provide TPS to you beyond the end date which is a month away. Neither will the EAD be effective beyond its validity.
