IF PARENTS STAYED PASSED I-94 VALIDILITY BUT HAVE A VALID B2 VISA, IS THIS CONSIDERED VIOLATION OF STATUS?

Question:
I am filing I-485 for my parents. The form asks ” have you ever violated the terms or conditions of your non-immigrant status?” They have overstayed their current visit as per the till admitted date in I-94 but their visa is still valid. Does this counts as violation? We have already filed I-130 for them. Should I respond as yes or no against this question.
Answer:

Attorney Mrs. Pallavi Ahluwalia’s response: Kindly we are not here to provide support on form filling. We are a firm of attorneys to provide you with advice and counsel. To your question, it should be a yes with an explanation.
