NEED TO RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT; DO I CHANGE ADDRESS?

         Question:

I have applied for visitor visa extension I-539 for my parents and we were waiting for the bio-metric appointment to be sent over. The appointment date they gave has passed was November 30, 2020.  I was not aware that they uploaded it on the online account.  Now, I want to reschedule the bio-metric/finger print appointment but, right now my parents are at my brother’s place at a different location which is not from where I originally applied for extension and got the appointment scheduled for. Now my question is, when I reschedule bio-metric/fingerprint appointment can I mention the address of my brother and ask for an appointment over at my brother’s place (is this possible to do it by myself writing a request letter) or do they have to travel back to me and get the bio-metric done at my city? Can you please let me know what steps I should be taken. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Answer: 

Please do an AR11 and a request for the bio-metrics after that right away. This case has a potential to be denied if your parents didn’t attend their appointments.
