My visa will be expiring on June 30, 2022(Completing 5 years in US), my company is transferring me to somewhere else(In process), What options do I have to apply green card without taking help from company to secure my future or if I need to comeback to USA in the future? You need an employer to get you going for a green card. Or you can invest and do an EB5 in a regional center. As a Canadian you are able to use the E2 visa to come work here as well.
