EB3 to EB2 category

Question: I hold a 3 yr degree from India + Diploma in Technology from NIIT. I have 18 yrs of experience in IT. My GC is filed under EB3 category. What are my options to port to EB2?

Answer: You can port to EB2 category under the exceptional ability, which requires a diploma and 10 years of experience plus three more qualifying criteria. It will also require a PERM and I-140 to port the old date and to prove your credentials are required.
