Applied for my parents and just got the approval notice in mail. Also got an email from USCIS regarding the approval and directing to CEAC. Should I go ahead pay the fees for Affidavit of support as mentioned on the CEAC website. I have applied for my other family members in the past and this fee for Affidavit of supports seems odd to me.
Answer:
The fee bills have to be paid, before you fill the DS Forms and do the affidavit of support and other things that the NVC and the regulations now ask for.
