Upgrading to an EB1

Question:

I’m working for a global software company as a Director of User Experience. I’m on H1B visa with an approved I-140 on EB2 category. Director is a very senior role in the company reporting to a VP and commands a high pay.

I was wondering if I would be eligible for upgrade to EB1. I believe that there are other criteria EB1, apart from international manager (which I’m not), to be considered for EB1 application. Please let me know how could I make myself eligible for that category.

The categories to get into  EB1 category is either based on extraordinary ability (EB1A) or through multinational manager or executive, who came in as an intra company transfer from a company abroad (EB1C).  the link here provides a self-check on eligibility:
