On April 20, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services published a 60-day Federal Register Notice in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act. This notice solicits comments on proposed revisions to the currently approved USCIS information collection for Form N-400, Application for Naturalization.
USCIS encourages public comment on the recommended revisions.
The 60-day public comment period began on April 20, 2023, following publication of the notice in the Federal Register. It will end at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on June 20, 2023. The public can visit the Federal Register notice and follow the steps to submit comments.
