HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT BEFORE I CAN FILE FOR MY CITIZENSHIP?

We (Me, Wife and Son 22 years old) received our Permanent Residency on 05.2019. Our case, right from Labor Certification to the PR was handled by another law firm. My question is that when will we be eligible to apply for the Citizenship and can we switch our files and apply for Citizenship under your supervision.

Early filing allows you to file within 90 days of the day so by February of 2024. You are welcome to use our office for filing. Please be aware that we don’t require any previous documents in order to file your naturalization.
