Have an H1B visa. EAD filing is current. Do I need to be with my employer till EAD is fully processed or can I change jobs after filing for the same?
Answer:
The adjustment dates are current not EAD dates. And I don’t understand the complete question. If they have an approved I-140 from their employer, they are able to adjust.
