DOB DOES NOT MATCH PASSPORT OR MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

Question:

My friend is on a L1 and has an I-140. He is in process of submitting his I-485 document. His date of birth on his hospital provided birth certificate does not match with his date of birth on his passport or marriage certificate. What option does he have since the hospital is unable to amend or change the date of birth and all his other documents show a one year difference.
