EMPLOYER NEVER RECEIVED MY I-129 APPROVAL?

Hi, my I- 797A extension approval was never received by employer. While my employer has already filed for I 824 and expedite request has been denied. I received an I 129 approved copy via FOIA. Is there anything we can do to receive an I797 approval
