Good morning this is quick question to the honorable lawyer my parents are 80 years old and they have green card have gone for medical reasons to India, Chennai last year in November it’s been a year now , as the COVID-19 situation came we are not able to get them here .
Q)What should we do on the green card situation ? Should we extend there stay by filing any required doc or is it OK with the COVID-19 situation?

They have to file for the returning resident visa. SB1 and then DS 117.
