SHOULD I FILE ANOTHER B1/B2 VISA EXTENSION DUE TO COVID-19 FOR MY MOM

Question:

My mom is currently visiting us from India on visitors visa she has 10 year multiple entry, she came here November 29, 2019 and was supposed to leave at the end of 6 months but due to COVID-19 we had apply for her extension. Her extension is coming to an end on October 29, 2020. She is 71 years old and the flights to India have not resumed properly. Is there a way her stay can be extended beyond 11 months?
Answer:

Another extension though risky can be filed. Extraordinary circumstances have to be plead for it. It has to be done carefully showing the prongs which establish her financial strength and emotional ties to the home country. Is the green card through you an option available to her, perhaps file that instead of a second extension.
